Recently my wife and I went out for a fancy dinner with friends to celebrate a couple’s wedding anniversary. It was a great time, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Along with great companionship, though, the thing that highlighted the night was receiving great service. Don’t get me wrong, a great plate of food is always appreciated, but when it’s served in a way that makes you feel important, you tend to forget how much you are spending and focus on enjoying the experience.

Our technology company’s service and support should be no different. We know that many clients pay good money to have great support and, frankly, could go to other providers if they wished. Every day we have to focus on service and providing it in the best way we know how. That’s why I’m extremely proud of our team and the recent promotion of Grant Thomson as our new Service Manager as mentioned earlier this month.

In addition to Grant’s changed role, we are hiring additional service team members to continue providing even better service while taking on more clients. Our focus in the hiring process isn’t all about tech, but more so soft skills and the right people to provide you, our clients, with tremendous service. That will never change. — Tavis
