Well, another year is wrapping up – one that brought a lot of changes for us and for our clients.
First and foremost, we want to thank every one of our clients who joined us, and those who hung on tight while we went through some major changes.
As you probably know, we merged with Nimble Systems in Ann Arbor. This process started several years ago, with an official announcement in August, and completed earlier this month.
With the merger, we gained over 20 new clients and four new staff. In addition, we hired seven other consultants, spanning a broad range of technical ability. This brings our technical consultant count to 13, not counting Grant, who moved into our Service Manager role this year as well. Including Tavis and Irene, our total staff count is now 19 – the largest we’ve ever been.
All of these changes are with a view to providing better service to you, our clients. In fact, we completed 22,398* tickets in 2019 – another record. Adding competent and well-trained staff to the service desk will provide better coverage for phone calls, while our expert field consultants will continue to handle on-site issues and maintenance.
We couldn’t have done any of this without you. One of our core values is “Clients Are Everything.” Your referrals, survey comments, and the trust you place in us to handle your computer networking needs keeps us going every day.
