We have seen an issue with a specific auto-installed Windows 7 patch that appears to have the potential to break your computers network connection. Basically, it kicks people off their business networks, leaving them unable to work. Resolving this issue is a top-level priority for us!
The patch has been blacklisted and will not be installed on any additional machines until a fix is released.
In the meantime, please be patient with our service team as they work to resolve this issue. We have to get this patch rolled back and corrected so that our affected clients can do any work. Other issues may take a bit longer to get to than usual, but please be assured that every issue is important to us.
