Our consultant technicians act as the IT department for our small- to medium-sized clients. Clients are typically located within a two-hour drive of our offices. Every position we have is a hybrid work environment allowing you to work from home at least 2 days a week.

Service Desk Consultant
Job Summary: Working on the service desk your job responsibilities include answering support calls and troubleshooting issues remotely. You will be challenged by different environments and technologies on a daily basis. Providing superior service is a must with responsibilities ranging from answering client support questions to remote network monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: An ideal candidate will have a Network+ and A+ certification with administration skills of Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills such as answering the phone and assisting with clients both verbally and through tickets.
Network Field Consultant
Job Summary: TAZ Networks Inc Network Field Consultants need to be highly motivated, dependable, and professional. This position requires working in the office as well as working at multiple client sites, perhaps even in a single day. Our Consultants act as the I.T. Department for our small to medium sized clients. Most clients are located in a service area 2 hours around our headquarters.
In addition when in the office, job responsibilities include answering support calls and troubleshooting issues remotely. You will be challenged by different environments and technologies on a daily basis. Providing superior service is a requirement with responsibilities ranging from preventive maintenance to replacing network equipment.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: An ideal candidate will have multiple technical certifications along with 5+ years of support experience. An ideal candidate will be able to be motivated while working alone and be able to physically drive and work at client’s sites multiple times during a week.
Service Delivery Coordinator/Dispatch (Non Technical Role)
Job Summary: The Helpdesk Coordinator/Dispatch will be responsible for coordinating technician schedules, managing client interactions, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. This role combines the duties of dispatching with customer service management to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Basic technical knowledge is required along with proven leadership experience and very strong written and verbal communication skills.
