It’s our favorite time of year—shopping time. With Black Friday quickly approaching, we are here to help you plan out your shopping spree out. Navigating tech can be confusing and intimidating, with so many options out there it can be hard to find the perfect fit for you. We have three tips that will help you make the most of this black Friday.

Person online shopping

Tip #1 – Start Early

Black Friday isn’t on Friday anymore. Deals started as early as November 3rd so keep a watch out for when your deals start. We recommend that you start looking now for anything you or your company might need to purchase. By doing this you can find a cheaper price and plan better.

Tip #2 – Online Shop

I know, the fun of Black Friday is shopping in person with everyone else early in the morning. However, because of COVID, many stores have lowered the number of deals offered in stores. In the past low quantities of technology have been reported in stores. To avoid the stress that comes along with in-store shopping, shop online. If you simply can’t help yourself, make sure that the deals you are looking for are offered in person because some companies like to run online-only deals.

Tip #3 – Don’t Cheap Out

This tip is a little confusing. It’s Black Friday, you buy stuff because it’s cheap right? Yes, but also no. Don’t buy the cheapest version of something just because it costs less. For example, a low-end TV might be $100 cheaper than something else, but if the low-end TV breaks in two years it might be worth the extra $100 to have something higher quality. This is extremely relevant in the technology industry because tech can become outdated and broken fast.

Black Friday can be daunting, especially if you don’t like shopping. But with these three tips, you can reduce the amount of stress and increase efficiency this season.
