“Do I really need to worry about computer viruses?” Short answer: YES. Long answer... If your computers are connected to the Internet, you need an antivirus. Period.We cannot emphasize this enough. If your computers do not have virus protection, you are putting your entire business at risk. Viruses and other malware attacks don't care if you're “just a small business.” They don't care if “no one really uses that computer.” In fact, sometimes that's exactly what they're designed to look for. Besides catching every computer virus ever developed, any unprotected computer that is connected to the Internet can be used as a host to spread those viruses, which can result in your company being “blacklisted,” unable to send or receive email.
